The challenge

Start with the operational problem.

Produce comparable and complete data across several survey waves among households dispersed across 25 municipalities, while controlling data-entry errors and field deadlines.

The response

Build a coherent system.

A protocol combining digital collection, enumerator training, close coordination, daily checks, rapid correction of anomalies and regular documentation of progress.

My role

Work across the useful chain.

Field coordination, preparation of digital questionnaires, training and supervision of 12 enumerators, daily quality control and contribution to technical reports in English.

Result

The final survey obtained 593 complete questionnaires out of 600, reaching 99% of the target, with technical deliverables produced in English.
