The challenge
Start with the operational problem.
Reach households dispersed across sometimes remote areas, maintain collection pace despite network, GPS and battery constraints, and safeguard the quality of transmitted data.
The response
Build a coherent system.
Daily coordination combining detailed itineraries, briefings, online and field checks, rapid anomaly correction and logistics adapted to each area.
My role
Work across the useful chain.
Field team leader: identifying enumeration areas, organising itineraries, managing field agents, monitoring tablets and synchronisation, running consistency checks and escalating anomalies.
Result
For EAA 2024, the team completed 150 household surveys in 10 enumeration areas. The 2025 crop-cutting survey covered 80 households in 16 areas, 12 municipalities and two districts. In 2026, the assignment continues as leader of RGA-3 team 366.
