Institutional digital system

Agri-Vulgarisation Madagascar

Agri-Vulgarisation combines a bilingual public website, structured administration, resources and training, a mapped stakeholder directory and community exchange spaces.

V1 delivery in progress
Visual identity of the Agri-Vulgarisation Madagascar project

The challenge

Start with the operational problem.

Knowledge, resources and stakeholder information are scattered across documents, organisations and informal channels. Sharing them requires a simple, bilingual and manageable point of access.

The response

Build a coherent system.

An editorial and community platform with a CMS, news, resources, training, practices, a mapped directory, moderated forum, private messaging and a document assistant connected to published content.

My role

Work across the useful chain.

Product design, full-stack architecture, data modelling, development, security, testing, documentation and delivery preparation.

Result

A functional and documented V1, currently in the delivery phase, connecting content, stakeholders, mapping and community within one bilingual system.
